Larry Busse: Inspiring the Next Generation at Green Bay Sail & Paddle

Larry Busse has served as the Lead Instructor at Green Bay Sail & Paddle for the past two years, and we look forward to his return in the summer of 2025, marking six years of dedication and expertise with our program. A collegiate sailor at Northern Michigan University, Larry holds a US Sailing Small Boat Level 2 Instructor certification, demonstrating mastery in teaching techniques, safety protocols, and leadership skills.

Beyond sailing, Larry is an avid kayaker and skier with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. His natural ability to connect with kids, combined with his enthusiasm and playful spirit, makes him a standout mentor. His passion for adventure and education continues to inspire the next generation of sailors.
