2025 Village of Allouez Dog Licenses Now Available

Allouez Dog Licenses for 2025 are now available for all village residents who are dog owners. Licenses are available for purchase in person, by mail, and at two local veterinary clinics.  Allouez Municipal Code §151-5(A) requires all dogs five months and older to be licensed each calendar year.

In Person

Dog Licenses are available at the Village Hall, 1900 Libal Street, Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am.

By Mail

You may purchase dog licenses by mail (Click HERE for Application). Send completed application and fees to Village of Allouez – 1900 Libal Street, Green Bay, WI 54301.

At 2 Local Veterinary Clinics

Riverside Animal Hospital (3233 Riverside Drive) 

When Applying, You Need to Provide the Following

Proof of current rabies vaccination

Proof of spaying or neutering (if applicable)

Payment according to the fee schedule listed below (check made payable to the Village of Allouez when applying by mail.)

A completed Dog License Application Form (linked above) when applying by mail

Annual (Calendar Year) Dog License Fees

Neutered Males/Spayed Females: $5.00

Not Spayed/Not Neutered: $30.00

NOTE: An additional $5.00 late fee will be charged for licenses purchased after March 31st.
