Village of Allouez: Notice of Public Hearing to be Held December 17th 6:30pm

Petitions have been received from Excel Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Allouez Property Partners LLC. requesting a Site Plan Review and Design Exception Request for the construction of (2)-five story mixed-use buildings located at 1905 S. Webster Avenue, (former parcels AL-50-10 & AL-50-9-3). These requests are being made as a part of the same proposed development. They may be acted on separately.

  1. Site Plan Review is a process that requires Plan Commission review and Village Board approval and determines whether proposed plans comply with applicable regulations of the Village.
    • This parcel is zoned MX1 District, which allows for a mixed-use development. The development proposal includes (2)-five story buildings, 152 apartment units, approximately 7,500 square feet of commercial space, and both surface and below grade parking.
